- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆B&Q slowly sliding downwards. Product quality is dreadful. Staff are lovely but too few of them. Trade point is a complete joke. They will never compete with proper trade suppliers. Always running out of essentials, and lack the product knowledge needed to sell to the trade. A prime example of the people at the top of the tree not knowing their a*** from their elbow.
